Healthcare & Analytics Platforms
Business analyst for a healthcare & analytics domain product serving the North American market, working across requirement mapping, stakeholder coordination, and Agile delivery.
Overview
These were client-facing projects built for a client based on North American market. These platforms were designed to help healthcare industry and the automotive industry.

Healthcare Product
This product assists medical professionals identify/diagnose specific diseases based on the pain point described by the patient. Healthcare products come with a particular set of challenges. The domain is heavily regulated (HIPAA, GDPR), the users are often medical practioners rather than tech-savvy users, and the consequences of a poorly designed workflow can be dangerous. Getting the requirements right and not just technically correct was crucial. Identifying how the users work and use the product was the most critical part of this engagement. My role was focused on the business analysis side: understanding what the client actually needed, translating those needs into structured requirements the engineering team could build from, and keeping both sides aligned throughout delivery.
Analytics Platform
This data analytics platform was designed to streamline data visualization and reporting, enabling easy and efficient access to key business insights in any domain. This platform is the blueprint that can be used and changed according to the business need of the customer. My role was again focused on the business analysis side: understanding what the client actually needed and translating those needs into structured requirements the engineering team could build from.

Outcome
The project releases was delivered within the agreed timeline across multiple sprint cycles. The engagement reinforced how important domain-specific user research is when building in healthcare. Features that seem straightforward on paper often hide significant complexity in how they need to behave for real users.
